一年生盐生植物耐盐碱机理研究进展

摘  要:
一年生盐生植物是盐生植物区系的重要组成部分,具有重要的生态价值和生态功能,已经成为许多植物生态环境关键问题研究的理想材料.本文回顾了国内外有关盐碱胁迫对一年生盐生植物影响的相关科学研究,种子萌发对盐碱胁迫的响应,生理和外形特征对盐碱胁迫的响应,以及相应的耐盐碱机理.目前对一年生盐生植物的盐碱适应性研究虽然开展的较多,但缺乏系统性的工作,仍然有很多值得关注和着重探索的方向.本文也对未来一年生盐生植物的研究,从盐碱地植物功能性状、细胞及亚细胞水平上的相关研究及在作物改良中的运用等方面提出了展望.

摘  要:
Annual halophytes are an important part of halophyte flora,which have important ecological value and ecological function,and have become ideal materials for research on many key issues of plant ecological environment.This paper reviews the related scientific research on the effects of saline-alkali stress on annual halophytes both in China and abroad,the response of seed germination to saline-alkali stress,the response of physiological and morphological characteristics to saline-alkali stress and the corresponding mechanism of salt-alkali tolerance.At present,although there are many studies on the adaptability of annual halophytes to salinity and alkali,there are still many directions worth paying attention to and emphatically exploring because of the lack of systematic research work.This paper also prospects the research of annual halophytes in the future,including the functional characteristics of saline-alkali plants,the related research at cell and subcellular levels,and the application in crop improvement.
