中华草蛉对刺槐叶瘿蚊幼虫的捕食功能反应

摘  要:
在温度22,25,28,31,34℃条件下研究了中华草蛉1,2,3龄幼虫对刺槐叶瘿蚊幼虫的捕食功能反应,并对实验结果分别用经典的Holling-Ⅱ圆盘方程和汪世泽Holling-Ⅲ改良新模型进行了拟合,拟合结果较好。根据拟合模型参数分析,在实验温度从22℃到34℃的变化过程中,发现中华草蛉1~3龄幼虫对瘿蚊幼虫的最大捕食量先增加后下降。其中,在25℃时中华草蛉幼虫对瘿蚊幼虫的最大捕食量最大,分别达到了7.5832,10.166 7,31.446 5头。

摘  要:
The functional response of Chrysopa sinica to Obolodiplosis robiniae larvae was studied under the condition of 22,25,28,31 and 34 ℃.The predation results were fitted better to Holling EqutionⅡand modified Holling Equation Ⅲ by WANG Shi-ze within the range of test temperature.The analysis of the Holling Equation's parameters showed that the maximum predation capacity of Chrysopa sinica larvae increased with the increase of temperature at 22~25 ℃,while at 25~34 ℃,the capacity decreased.At 25 ℃,the predation numbers of were the max,which were 7.583 2,10.166 7,31.446 5,respectively,from 1st to 3rd instar larvae of the natural enemy.
