高蛋白春大豆‘莆豆5号’生长特性及其高产农艺措施研究

摘  要:
‘莆豆5号’系以‘泉豆7号’为母本、‘特大粒1号’为父本进行有性杂交,经系谱选育成的春大豆新品种。该品种蛋白质含量高、丰产稳产、适应性广、抗性好。2014年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定。为了加快该品种在福建大豆产区的推广应用,本试验采用三因素二次通用旋转组合设计研究了不同种植密度及尿素、氯化钾施用量对‘莆豆5号’产量的影响。通过产量数学模型的优化与解析,结果表明,在福建省红黄壤旱地,该品种产量达2550 kg/hm~2以上的最佳农艺措施组合是:种植密度为27.50万株/hm~2~29.05万株/hm~2、施尿素57.89~68.78 kg/hm~2、施氯化钾106.59~117.84 kg/hm~2。

摘  要:
A new spring variety‘Pudou 5'was pedigree bred through the sexual hybridization between‘Quandou 7'(female parent) and‘Tedali 1'(male parent). This variety possessed the characters of richprotein content, high and stable yield, wide adaptability and good resistance. It has passed the varietycertification by Fujian Crop Varieties Committee in June, 2014. In order to speed up its popularization andapplication in soybean production areas in Fujian, the relations of seed yield with different plant densities, ureaand potassium chloride for‘Pudou5'were studied by using the three factors quadratic general rotary unitizeddesign. Through optimizing and parsing the yield mathematical model of‘Pudou 5', the results showed thatthe optimal agricultural cultivation measures to get the yield more than 2550 kg/hm~2 were as follows: the plantdensity of 275000- 290500 plants/hm~2, the application of urea 57.89- 68.78 kg/hm~2 and the application ofpotassium chloride 106.59-117.84 kg/hm~2 in red-yellow arid soil areas in Fujian.
