浙江省龙泉市活立木流转价格影响因素

摘  要：
为活立木流转市场健康发展的政策制定提供参考,利用2011—2013年浙江省龙泉市912宗活立木流转交易的价格数据,构建半对数线性回归模型,分析木材市场价格、林分质量和交易双方性质等因素对活立木流转价格的影响。结果表明:木材市场价格、活立木的单位面积蓄积量、单位面积株数和平均胸径与活立木流转价格呈正相关,流转面积与活立木流转价格呈负相关。农户作为受让方对活立木流转价格具有正影响,作为转让方具有负影响。平均树高和活立木所在地到县城的距离对活立木流转价格的影响不显著。

摘  要：
The effect of timber market price,stand quality,two trading parties' nature on standing tree transfer price was studied by the established semilogarithm linear regression model based on the price data from 912 standing tree transfer deals in Longquan City,Zhejiang during 2011-2013 to provide a reference to formulate relevant policies for healthy development of standing tree transfer market.Results:The timber market price,stock volume of standing tree per unit area,tree number per unit area and average diameter at breast height(DBH)positively relate to standing tree transfer price but the transfer area negatively relates to standing tree transfer price.When the farmer household is a transferor,the transfer has a positive effect on standing tree transfer price.When the farmer household is a transferee,the transferee has a negative effect on standing tree transfer price.The average tree height and distance from forestland to county have no significant effect on standing tree transfer price.
