蜘蛛杀虫肽与Bt-Toxin C肽融合蛋白基因转入棉花的研究

摘  要:
通过农杆菌介导法将蜘蛛杀虫肽与Bt毒蛋白C肽的融合蛋白基因导入了陆地棉(GossypiumhirsutumL.)栽培品种中棉所10号,并获得大量小苗。小苗经GUS染色和PCR检测,证明蜘蛛杀虫肽基因已经转入到转化植株的基因组内,检测阳性率分别为27.1%和60.42%。

摘  要:
The fusion protein gene of the spider insecticidal peptide and Bttoxin Cpeptide had been successfully transferred into upland cotton Gossypium hirsutum cv. CCRI 10 by Agrobacteriummediated transformation, And a large number of seedlings were obtained. Results of staining cotyledon for GUS and PCR assay confirmed that transgenic seedlings carrying the foreign gene and its ratio were 27.1% and 60.42% respectively.
