近年来,福州大力推进茉莉花茶产业的复兴。该文借助创新构建的"六力竞争模型",从产业的潜在进入者、替代品威胁、环境作用力、购买者的议价能力、供应商的议价能力、行业现有竞争者等6个方面对福州茉莉花茶产业发展竞争力进行分析,找出福州茉莉花茶产业发展的竞争优势及威胁,并为提升福州茉莉花茶产业竞争力提出可行性策略,振兴福州茉莉花茶产业。

摘  要：
In recent years,the revival of jasmine tea industry is promoted in Fuzhou.By adopting the creatively-built"six forces competition model",this paper analyzed the competitiveness of jasmine tea industry in Fuzhou from the 6aspects of its potential entrants,substitute threat,environmental forces,the consumers' bargaining power,the suppliers' bargaining power and its current competitors.Then,this paper found out the competitive advantage of Fuzhou jasmine tea industry and its threat,and put forward some feasible strategies in promoting the competitiveness of Fuzhou jasmine tea industry.
