摘 要：
This paper reviews the phasal characteristics and present situations of cashmere industry in China.It comes to the conclusion that there are abundant genetic resources of Chinese cashmere goats,and there is distinct genetic diversity among different breeds.The difference of phenotypes is determined by genotypes or genes,which are necessary materials in breeding.The breeding direction depends on the selection intensity on different genes or genotypes.Thus the protection of genetic diversity of cashmere goat is the key of the future utility of it.And this paper also makes some suggestions on the development of cashmere goat.
