摘  要:
建立了吹扫捕集与氢火焰离子化检测器和光离子化检测器串联双检测器联用的毛细管气相色谱法,测定卷烟包装材料中溶剂残留。采用正交实验法,优化了吹扫捕集的最佳条件。对卷烟包装材料中的乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、4-甲基-2-戊酮、甲苯等6种溶剂残留进行了定性和定量分析。此方法对6种残留溶剂的检测限为0.054~0.688 ng,回收率为99.6%~107%,相对标准偏差为0.21%~5.74%。此方法前处理简便快速,重现性好,适用于卷烟包装材料中挥发性溶剂残留的分析。

摘  要:
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of solvent residues in cigarette packaging materials was devel- oped by purge-and-trap sampling technology and PID/FID connected in series.The conditions of purge-and-trap were opti- mized by orthogonal experiment.Qualitative and quantitative analyses of six solvent residues i.e.ethanol,acetone,ethyl ac- etate,benzene,4-methyl-2-pentanone,and toluene,in cigarette packaging material were performed under the optimized con- ditions.The detection limits of the method ranged from 0.054 to 0.688ng.Recoveries and relative standard deviations were 99.6%~107% and 0.21%~5.74%,respectively.The proposed method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,rapid analysis,good precision and high sensitivity,and can be applied for the determination of solvent residues in cigarette packag- ing materials.
