芥菜型油菜再生体系的影响因素

摘  要:
对新疆芥菜型油菜4个单、双低品系子叶柄再生频率的影响因素进行了研究,其中子叶柄日龄、6-BA、AgNO3、卡那霉素浓度及基因型等因素对不定芽的再生率有很大影响。试验结果表明:萌发4~5d的幼苗子叶柄再生频率最高;6-BA、AgNO3。对不定芽分化的促进效果在不同品系中有较大差异。通常浓度为4~6mg/L;不同品系对卡那霉素的耐受力有很大不同,其中新95-A在Kan15mg/L时仍有4.17%的绿苗率;再生芽生根较容易,移栽成活率较高。

摘  要:
In this paper, factors which influenced the high efficient regeneration system of four"singleor double low"strains of Xinjiang B. juncea were studied. Among those,the days of cotyledon petiole,con-centration of 6-BA,AgNO3, and Kanamycin, genotype, etc. played important roles- Results indicated: 4~5 days of cotyledon petiole had the highest regeneration rate; 6-BA and AgNO, had different effect amongfour strains, usually the best concentration was 4~6 mg/L;to these strains, the tolerance to kanamycin was different, strain Xin95-A still had 4. 17% green shoot rate when Kanamycin amount to 15 mg/L; root regeneration of those green shoots was easy,and the survival rate was high after transplanted.
