油菜抗逆基因CBF1植物表达载体的构建及对拟南芥的转化

摘  要:
通过RT-PCR技术从油菜中克隆到抗逆相关基因CBF1,将其成功构建到植物表达载体pCAMBIA1304,并通过农杆菌采用Floral dip法将重组表达载体转入拟南芥。经潮霉素抗性筛选和PCR检测,初步证明,油菜CBF1基因已经转入到拟南芥中。

摘  要:
In this study,CBF1 gene was cloned from rapeseed by RT-PCR,then was constructed into plant expression vector pCAMBIA1304.The recombinant expression vector was transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana by means of Floral dip with Agrobacterium tumefaciens.Hygromycin screening and PCR assay confirmed that the rapeseed CBF1 gene was successfully transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana.
