林木腐烂病主要致病菌Cytospora sacculus致病力分化的初步研究

摘  要:
为了明确不同寄主来源的新疆林木腐烂病主要致病菌Cytospora sacculus致病力分化情况。采用不同寄主枝条接种法筛选出代表菌株;采用二硝基水杨酸法、菌丝生长速率法和高效液相色谱法测定果胶酶活性、菌丝生长速率和毒素。结果表明,不同寄主来源的C.sacculus菌株存在明显的致病性差异,其对原分离寄主枝条的致病力最强,对其他树种枝条的致病力较弱。果胶酶活性、菌丝生长速率以及毒素产生种类及数量是造成不同寄主来源菌株致病力差异的主要原因。

摘  要:
In order to clarify Cytospora sacculus that the main pathomycete of woods canker in Xinjiang differentiation of pathogenicity and the mechanism of differentiation. A total of 22 C.sacculus strains come from 6 hosts were cross inoculated on 4 tree branches. Five typical strains were selected and its pectinase activity, mycelial growth rates and toxins were analyzed by dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS), plate method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) methods. The results showed that different host sources of C.sacculus existed obvious pathogenic differentiation, and the pathogenicity of typical strain were strongest to primary come from host, but were weak to other species of tree branches. The pectinase activity,mycelial growth rates and toxins production difference were main reason for the differentiation in pathogenicity.
