大豆有性杂交后代叶片光合作用遗传控制的研究

摘  要:
本试验用红外线二氧化碳分析仪研究了大豆不同类型亲本有性杂交后代叶片光合作用的遗传控制,以及叶片光合作用与某些植物学特征和性状之间的相关性。其主要结果如下:1、F_1表观光合速率(APR)表观明显差异,低光合作用在不同组合中存在不同程度显、隐现象。2、F_2 APE分散度很广,基本呈连续单峰曲线,APR遗传为数量遗传。3、F_2 APR广义遗传力为43—61%,故在F_2对APR选择是困难的。4、APR和比叶重、叶面积氮素、净光合生产率及结荚期叶绿素含量有密切正相关,可将其做为高光效育种选择APR的简易指标;试验还指出能够有意识通过选择提高APR;同时要把表观经济系数纳入高光效育种的选择指标。

We have studied genetic control of soybean photosynthesis of the progenies of the generative crosses and the relationship between soybean photosynthesis and some botanical characters in the experiments of generative crosses of different type of parents by using infrared CO2 analyzers. We obtained following main results: 1. Apparent photosyn-thetic rate (Pa) of F1 presented significant differences. Low photosynthesis in the different combines presented dominant and recessive phenomena. 2. F2 Pa widely distributed and basically presented continuos single-peak curves. Pa is quantitatitve inheritance. 3. The range of variations of the generalized inheritability of F2 Pa is from 43% to 61%. This shows that it is difficult to select Pa in F2 progenies. 4. Pa has a close positive relation with specific leaf weight, area nitrogen, net photosynthetic productive rate and chlorophyll content during period of pod setting. So that we can use these as simple indicators for selecting Pa in breeding to improve photosynthetic ability of soybean. This experiment shows that we can raise apparent photosynthetic rate by using conscious select. And the apparent economic index may brought into select indicators of breeding to improve ability of photosynthesis of soybean.
