贵州不同苏麻资源种子性状及主要脂肪酸成分的相关分析

摘  要:
为了对贵州苏麻特异种质资源进行遗传改良筛选及应用开发提供参考,采取田间性状鉴定试验与品质检测相结合的方法,对贵州22份苏麻资源的种子籽粒性状、含油量、蛋白质含量及脂肪酸组成进行相关分析。结果表明:1)22份贵州苏麻资源种子的籽粒直径为1.45~2.07mm,千粒重1.07~3.95g,含油量31.78%~49.00%,蛋白质含量为22.29%~27.77%,即贵州不同苏麻资源的种子直径、千粒重、含油量、蛋白质含量均存在显著差异;2)总脂肪酸含量中棕榈酸占5.3%~8.0%,硬脂酸占1.4%~2.8%,油酸占10.2%~17.5%,亚油酸含量占11.8%~19.5%,α-亚麻酸含量占55.4%~68.1%,不饱和脂肪酸含量占89.3%~91.9%,α-亚麻酸、油酸、亚油酸是苏麻的主要脂肪酸成分;3)含油量与籽粒直径和千粒重间均呈显著正相关,而油酸与亚麻酸含量间呈极显著负相关,种子含油量与各脂肪酸含量间无显著相关性。

摘  要:
The correlations among seed trait,oil content,protein content and fatty acid components of22 P.frutescens varieties were analyzed to provide a reference for genetic improvement,application and development of P.frutescens resources in Guizhou.Results:1)The seed diameter,1000-seed weight,oil content and protein content of 22 P.frutescens varieties are 1.45~2.07 mm,1.07~3.95 g,31.78%~49.00% and 22.29% ~27.77% respectively,which indicate there are significant differences in seed diameter,1 000-seed weight,oil content and protein content among 22 P.frutescens varieties;2)The content of palmitic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid accounts for 5.3% ~8.0%,1.4%~2.8%,10.2%~17.5%,11.8%~19.5% and 55.4%~68.1% of total fatty acid content respectively.The unsaturated fatty acid content accounts for 89.3%~91.9% of total fatty acid content.α-linolenic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid are main fatty acid components of P.frutescens.3)Oil content is significant positive correlation with seed diameter and 1 000-seed weight.There is a very significant negative correlation between oleic acid and linolenic acid content.There are no significant correlations between seed oil content and different fatty acids' content.
