乳酸型复合酸化剂对白羽肉鸡生长性能、养分利用率、肠道指标和鸡舍空气质量的影响

摘 要:
本试验旨在研究饮水中添加乳酸型复合酸化剂对白羽肉鸡生长性能、养分利用率、肠道指标和鸡舍空气质量的影响。选用1日龄健康白羽肉鸡1 200只,随机分为2个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复100只。对照组饮用达标自来水;复合酸化剂组在第1周和第6周每天饮用6 h含0.15%乳酸型复合酸化剂的自来水,第2~5周的每周2、周4、周6分别饮用8 h含0.15%乳酸型复合酸化剂的自来水。试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)复合酸化剂极显著提高肉鸡平均日增重(P<0.01),极显著降低料重比(P<0.01)。2)复合酸化剂显著提高肉鸡饲粮中粗脂肪和粗蛋白质的表观利用率以及血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量(P<0.05),极显著降低盲肠内容物大肠杆菌数量(P<0.01)。3)复合酸化剂显著提高肉鸡十二指肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);极显著提高肉鸡21日龄十二指肠、空肠和42日龄十二指肠、回肠绒毛长度(P<0.01),显著提高21日龄回肠绒毛长度和42日龄空肠绒毛长度(P<0.05),极显著提高十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒腺比(P<0.01),极显著降低21日龄十二指肠、空肠和回肠以及42日龄十二指肠、空肠隐窝深度(P<0.01);显著降低鸡舍内氨气和硫化氢浓度(P<0.05)。由此可见,饮水中添加乳酸型复合酸化剂能提高肉鸡生长性能和饲粮养分利用率,降低盲肠大肠杆菌数量,提高小肠消化酶活性,增加小肠吸收面积,降低鸡舍氨气和硫化氢浓度。

摘 要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lactic acid type compound acidifier on growth performance,nutrient utilization,intestinal indices and chicken house air quality of white-feather broilers. A total of 1 200 one-day-old white-feather broilers were randomly assigned into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 100 broilers per replicate. Broilers in the control group drank standard tap water;and those in the compound acidifier group drank the tap water containing 0. 15% lactic acid type compound acidifier daily for 6 hours in the first and the sixth week,and drank the tap water containing 0.15% lactic acid type compound acidifier every week of the second,the fourth and the sixth day for 8 hours in the second to the fifty week. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,1)compound acidifier extremely significantly increased the average daily gain and extremely significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain of broilers(P<0.01). 2)Compound acidifier significantly increased the dietary ether extract and crude protein apparent utilization and serum contents of total protein and albumin of broilers(P<0.05),extremely significantly decreased the Escherichia coli number in cecum content(P<0.01). 3)Compound acidifier significantly increased the activities of amylase,lipase and trypsin in duodenum of broilers(P<0.05),extremely significantly increased the villus length in duodenum and jejunum at 21 days of age and in duodenum and ileum at 42 days of age(P < 0.01),extremely significantly increased the ratio of villus length to crypt depth in duodenum,jejunum and ileum(P<0.01),extremely significantly decreased the crypt depth in duodenum,jejunum and ileum at 21 days of age and in duodenum and jejunum at 42 days of age(P<0.01);and significantly decreased the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide concentrations in chicken house(P<0.05). In conclusion,drinking water adding lactic acid type compound acidifier can improve the growth performance and the nutrient apparent utilization of broilers,reduce the Escherichia coli number in cecum,improve the activities of digestive enzymes in small intestine,improve the absorption area of small intestine,and reduce the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide concentrations in chicken house.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(11):5209-5220]
