豫楸1号扦插技术模式研究

摘  要:
通过对楸树良种—豫楸1号不同插条类型、插条不同部位、不同激素处理及处理时间、不同扦插基质上进行扦插试验,得出一套能够将难生根树种楸树扦插成活率提高到90%以上的扦插技术模式。认为豫楸1号采用1年生苗干平埋复幼催生嫩枝作为插条、以IBA︰NAA=2︰1混配,浓度500μl/L速蘸、以蛭石为基质的扦插技术模式能够极大地提高扦插成活率。

摘  要:
Through experiment on breeding technology of cutting of good Catalpa bungei strains of seeds Catalpa bungei cl.'Yu-1' by unlike cutting wood type,location,hormone and diversity cutting base materials,the artical reaches one cutting technology pattern that can improve Catalpa bungei cutting survival percentage of taking root to 90% above.It is known that Catalpa bungei is difficult to take root.It is considering that adopts a tie to bury again young germ on the cutting strip delivery on the spray action transplants a cutting with IBA:NAA=2:1,dips speeded in thickness 500μl/L,the maximum field improves taking lennilite as the base material cutting technology the pattern can improve Catalpa bungei cl.'Yu-1' cutting survival percentage.
