摘  要：
财务工作的领域和范围向管理方向延伸,财务职能逐渐由较为基础的核算转变为为决策提供支持.从财务共享背景下财会人员转型的现状入手,研究财会人员转型向共享财务、业务财务、战略财务三个方向所对应的必须具备的知识结构与能力,同时从政府、高校、企业和个人四个层面为其转型后能力架构的提升提供对策.

摘  要：
The financial function gradually changed from a more basic accounting to taking support for the policy-making with the extension of financial field to management, and the shared services emerged.This paper explored the knowledge structure and ability that accounting personnel must possess during their transforming into three aspects: shared finance, business finance and strategic finance. And it also proposed countermeasures aimed at improving the capacity structure after transformation from government,university, business and individual.
