3种诱导因子对发酵法生产猪苓甾体的影响

摘  要:
以3种甾醇作为诱导因子,通过单因素试验,利用紫外分光光度法测定液体悬浮发酵培养猪苓中甾体含量的变化,从而筛选出最佳诱导因子及其最佳添加浓度。结果表明:最佳诱导物质为胆固醇,最佳添加浓度为0.020%,此时猪苓菌丝体干重2.38 g,猪苓甾体净增长量53.224 mg。

摘  要:
Three steroids were used as inducible factors in the fermentation of Polyporus umbellate.The results showed that cholesterol was the best inducible factor,when concentration of cholesterol was 0.020%,dry weight of mycelia of P.umbellatus was 2.38 g,and net increase in the amount of steroidal was 53.224 mg.
