摘  要：
搜索引擎为网络用户检索海量信息提供了便利,但用户在使用过程中存在很多问题。使用问卷调查的方法,针对用户检索行为,分别从用户的检索提问方式和对检索结果的处理方式两方面设计调查提问,对南京市6所高校学生发放问卷以了解用户检索行为的特点,并为搜索引擎服务改进提供了一些建议。

摘  要：
The searching engines make it very convenient for people to search information on the web,but we have many ob-stacles in utilizing them.Based on the phenomenon,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey,to get the information about users’ retrieval behavior in terms of the way of constructing searching formula and the way they deal with the retrieval re-sults.The survey scales are students of the six universities in Nanjing.After collecting the questionnaires and disposing the da-ta with the tool excel,the author summarizes the characteristics of the users’ retrieval behavior and gives some advices to the searching engine for improving its service.
