粉锈宁在小麦上的残留及其安全使用研究

摘  要:
用~(14)C同位素示踪法和气相色谱法研究了粉锈宁农药施用后在小麦和土壤中的残留降解规律。结果表明,该农药有较快的消解速度,其残留半减期在小麦和土壤中均在4.9—6.4天之间。残留物的主要形式是其生物代谢物羟锈宁。粉锈宁的安全使用建议在小麦上常规用置为10g/亩(有效成份),安全间隔期20天。

摘  要:
~(14)C tracer analysis and gas chromatography were used to study the residual and degradation characteristic of triadimefon in wheat and soil. It turns out that triadimefon vanishes fast from wheat and soil. Its residual halfvalue period is from 4.9 to 6.4 days. Main form in residue is its metabo-lite triadimenol. For its safe use in wheat, we suggest that customary dose to be 10g/mu (active principle), and that safe interval period to be 20 days.
