犬瘟热病毒检测方法研究进展

摘  要:
犬瘟热(CD)是由犬瘟热病毒(CDV)引起犬的一种急性、高度接触性传染病。该病的流行严重危害犬及毛皮动物养殖业的健康发展,且对濒危物种保护造成严重威胁。因此,准确、快速检测CDV感染是有效防控疫病传播的关键技术手段。论文介绍了CDV基因组结构、犬瘟热流行病学特点和临床症状,综合论述了CDV检测方法的研究进展,包括病毒分离鉴定、电镜观察、琼脂扩散试验、酶联免疫吸附试验、胶体金免疫层析技术、聚合酶链反应、环介导等温核酸扩增技术和重组酶聚合酶等温扩增技术等,并对不同检测方法的优缺点进行比较,以期为有效诊断和防控CDV感染提供技术参考。

摘  要:
Canine distemper(CD)is an acute,highly contagious disease of dogs caused by the canine distemper virus(CDV).The epidemic and outbreak of canine distemper is a serious damage to health development of dog and fur animal breeding industry;and creates a serious threat to the protection of endangered species.Thus,accurate and rapid diagnostic technique to detect CDV is the key measure for the prevention and control of CD.This paper introduced the CDV genome structure,epidemiological characteristics and clinical manifestations of canine distemper,and summarized the common laboratory methods for detecting CDV in recent years,including isolation,culture and identification of viruses,observation of viruses by electron microscopy,agar diffusion test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,colloidal gold immunochromatography assay,polymerase chain reaction,loop-mediated isothermal amplification and recombinant enzyme polymerase isothermal amplification technology,etc.Additionally,the advantages and disadvantages of these currently used CDV detection methods were compared for providing a technical reference for effective diagnosis and prevention of CDV infection.
