含四氢酞酰亚胺结构的磺酰脲类新化合物的合成及生物活性

摘  要:
[目的]探索新型磺酰脲类除草剂。[方法]将原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂(PPO)中的四氢酞酰亚胺结构引入到氯磺隆母体骨架苯环的5位,通过对磺酰脲桥的杂环部分进行修饰,设计合成3个磺酰脲新结构,并进行结构数据的表征以及生物活性的测定。[结果]生物活性测定结果显示,目标化合物的除草活性弱于对照药剂氯磺隆。[结论]与前期工作对照,四氢酞酰亚胺结构引入后,磺酰脲杂环部分的结构修饰对其除草活性影响较大。

摘  要:
[Aims] The aim was to explore novel sulfonylurea herbicides. [Methods] Three novel sulfonylurea structures were designed and synthesized by introducing tetrahydrophthalimide substructure taken from protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase(PPO) inhibitors into the critical 5-position of the classical benzene ring in chlorsulfuron. The structures of target compounds were confirmed and evaluated. [Results] Bioassay results indicated the target compounds displayed relatively weak herbicidal activities in comparison with positive control chlorsulfuron. [Conclusions] Based on the present work, the structural modification of the heterocyclic moiety in sulfonylureas containing tetrahydrophthalimide has a significant influence on the corresponding herbicidal activity.
