CF-ZP01表面活性剂在磷矿浮选中的应用

摘要：

研究CF-ZP01表面活性剂在磷矿浮选过程中的作用。结果表明,该表面活性剂具有较强的活化性能,能增强捕收剂YP2-3的捕收性能和选择性能;在磷矿浮选过程中通过吨原矿添加0.05 kg的表面活性剂,吨原矿的捕收剂用量可降低0.5 kg,并且可以获得w(P2O5)28.18%、w(MgO)0.86%的合格磷精矿,精矿产率达72.17%。

摘要：

The effect of CF-ZP01 surfactant on phosphate flotation is studied. The results show that:CF-ZP01 surfactant has strong activation property,can enhance the property of collector YP2-3;by adding surfactant(0.05 kg for per ton phosphate rock),the amount of collector is reduced by 0.5 kg for per ton phosphate rock,the concentrate is qualified with the w(P2O5) of 28.18%,w(MgO) of 0.86% and concentrate yield of 72.17%.
