摘  要:
[目的]明确东北三省水稻纹枯病病菌对苯醚甲环唑及咪鲜胺的敏感性。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定2种药剂对100株水稻纹枯病病菌的毒力。[结果 ]供试菌株对苯醚甲环唑和咪鲜胺EC50值范围分别为0.0612~115.2462、10.665~76.8512 mg/L。水稻纹枯病病菌对苯醚甲环唑的敏感性频率呈正态分布,对咪鲜胺的敏感性频率分布不符合正态分布。将右侧单峰频次分布的菌株群体的EC50平均值29.3614、19.8194 mg/L作为水稻纹枯病病菌对苯醚甲环唑和咪鲜胺的敏感基线。供试菌株对每种药剂敏感性差异与菌株地理来源无明显相关性,对2种药剂的敏感性之间亦无相关性。[结论]关注水稻纹枯病病菌群体对咪鲜胺敏感性变化,与其他类型杀菌剂交替使用以延长该类药剂的使用寿命。

[Aims] This study aims to detect the sensitivity of Rhizoctonia solani populations to difenoconazole and prochloraz in northeast three province. [Methods] The mycelium growth rate method was used to test the sensitivity of100 strains to difenoconazole and prochloraz. [Results] The EC50 values of all isolates to difenoconazole and prochloraz ranged from 0.0612 to 115.2462 mg/L and 10.665 to 76.8512 mg/L, respectively. The frequency distribution of difenoconazole sensitivity in R. solani populations was approximately normal distribution. However, the frequency distribution of prochloraz sensitivity in R. solani populations did not confirm to the normal distribution. The mean EC50 values, 29.3614 and 19.8194 mg/L, for all isolates in a right unimodal curve distribution was treated as the sensitivity baseline of R. solani to difenoconazole and prochloraz, respectively. There was not significantly correlation between the sensitivity of all isolates to difenoconazole and prochloraz and the geographical origin of the strain, so did the efficient correlation between difenoconazole and prochloraz. [Conclusions] The sensitivity changes of the R. solani populations to prochloraz should be paid much attention, alternate use with other types of fungicides should be recommended to prolong the service life of such agents.
