国外半喂入联合收割机技术的应用探讨

摘  要：
目前,我国科研院所和生产厂家正在进行半喂入稻麦联合收割机的研发。为此,介绍了近年来日本半喂入联合收割机在割台、输送喂入装置、脱粒装置、清选装置和橡胶履带行走装置方面的一些技术和科研成果;结合我国半喂入联合收割机的生产和使用现状,分析了这些技术的实用价值,为我国新一代半喂入联合收割机的研制提供了借鉴和研究方向。

摘  要：
The research institutes and combine harvester factories are carrying through the exploitation of the head-feed rice-wheat combine harvester in china. Connected with trail research,this paper discusses synthetically the lacks of head-feed rice-wheat combine harvester and its'advancements on technology,and the current of the development on technology of heed-feed combine harvester made in Japan in such as the header,the conveying-feed unit,the threshing cylinder,the cleaning unit and the rubber crower walking mechanisms and so on. Connected with present status of production and application analyze use value of these technology. therefore can use the experience of other country for reference for research and manufacture of new head-feed combine harvester in China.
