钴60辐照对仙客来种子发芽及幼苗生长发育的影响

摘  要：
用钴60辐射仙客来F1代种子,观测种子的发芽及幼苗生长发育状况。结果表明,钴60辐射造成仙客来种子发芽比对照推迟7～45d,发芽不集中,持续时间长,发芽率降低。幼苗生长受到抑制,株型、苗高、叶片均变小。不同品种对钴60敏感程度不同。不同剂量对种子发芽率、幼苗高度、叶片大小的影响差异极显著。适宜的辐射剂量为200～300Gy,超过400Gy对种子损伤严重,发芽率极低,获得的后代变异性状利用价值不大。

摘  要：
The F1 hybrids seeds of Cyclamen were treated with Cobalt-60 radiation and the seeds germination, seedling growth and development status are observed.The results showed that Cyclamen seed germination was delayed 7～45 days compared with the control.The germination period was not concentrated and lasted for a long time,and the germination rate was decreased.The growth of seedlings were inhibited so that plant type,seedlings height and leaves became smaller.Different varieties had different sensitivity to Cobalt 60.The effect of different doses on seed germination rate,seedlings height,leaves size was extremely significant.Appropriate radiation dose was 200 to 300Gy.Over 400Gy lead the seeds to serious injury and germination rate to very low.And its offspring had few helpful variations.
