通过对现行农业科研投入所存在的缺陷与不足进行分析,从开源、节流与挖潜3个方面提出了改进科研投入的有关设想。

摘要：

The author put forward that the key measures to increase the investment of agricultural R&D are broad financing,effective use and potential development.It means that the environment should be improved for the financing both domestically and internationally,the relevant obstacles should be removed to enhance the effectivity of the fund and a sharing platform should be built to dig the potential of agricultural R&D.
