油菜产业发展现状及面临的机遇

摘  要：
菜籽油是我国食用植物油的重要组成。从种植规模、效益、国家产业政策及品牌创建等方面对我国油菜产业面临的问题进行分析的基础上,指出休闲农业的发展是我国油菜产业发展的重要机遇。休闲农业已成为农业产业发展的新增长点,也是我国美丽乡村建设的需要和重要组成。油菜兼具食用和观赏价值,种植简单,高油酸等特色品种选育稳步推进对于填补中高端食用油缺口,提升菜籽油价值具有重要意义。如何借助休闲农业发展油菜民族品牌,保障国家食用植物油安全,使得休闲农业和油菜产业能够共同发展,值得研究。

摘  要：
Rapeseed oil is an important component of edible vegetable oil in China. Based on the analysis of the problems faced by China's rapeseed industry in terms of planting scale,benefits,national industrial policies and brand creation,it was pointed out that the development of leisure agriculture would be the important opportunity for the development of China's rapeseed industry. Leisure agriculture becomes a new growth point for the development of agricultural industry,and it is also the need and important component of the construction of beautiful rural areas in China. Rapeseed has both edible and ornamental value,simple cultivation,high oleic acid and other special varieties breeding and steadily advancing is of great significance to fill the gap between medium and high-end edible oil and enhance the value of rapeseed oil. How to develop national rapeseed brand by means of leisure agriculture,to ensure the safety of national edible vegetable oil,and make the leisure agriculture and rapeseed industry develop together are worth to study.
