文丘里施肥器水力空化数值模拟

摘  要:
文丘里施肥器在水肥一体化灌溉中应用广泛,其结构参数对灌溉效果影响显著,但对其结构设计及参数优化却研究较少,也没有统一的参数标准。水力空化,是文丘里施肥器入口压力达到一临界值后,在其喉部发生的复杂流体动力学现象,是文丘里施肥器结构设计及参数优化所必须考虑的。为此,提出了一种数值模拟文丘里施肥器内部流动的仿真模型,该模型考虑了水力空化的影响,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合,为文丘里施肥器的仿真计算、结构设计与优化提供了技术支持。

摘  要:
The Venturi injector is widely used in the Water and fertilizer synchronization irrigation. Its structural parameters have significant effect on irrigation effect. However,there is little research on its structure design and parameter optimization,and there is no uniform standard. Hydrodynamic cavitation is a complex fluid dynamic phenomenon occurring at the throat of the venturi injector when the pressure reaches a critical value. It is necessary to consider the internal cavitation of venturi injector for its structural design and parameter optimization. This paper presents a numerical simulation model for internal flow of venturi injector which considers the effect of hydrodynamic cavitation. The numerical simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results,which can provide technical support for the simulation calculation,structural design and optimization of Venturi injector.
