动物科学专业生物信息学基础课程建设研究

摘  要：
促进生物信息学的发展,有利于人类更好地认知疾病、控制疾病,对于生物、医学、动物科学的发展有极大的促进作用。为了培养新一代创新型动物科学人才,许多学校都在动物科学专业下开设了生物信息学基础课程。但是,由于生物信息学专业人才稀缺,各高校的师资力量和教学设施不同,导致高校生物信息学基础的建设依旧处于摸索阶段。笔者对生物信息学基础课程中存在的问题进行了探索,并且探讨改革的措施,希望可以加快生物信息学课程的建设。

摘  要：
Promoting the development of bioinformatics is conducive to better disease cognition and control for human beings. It is a great promotion for the development of biology,medicine,and animal science. In order to cultivate a new generation of innovative animal science talents,many schools have offered basic bioinformatics courses under animal science majors. However,due to the scarcity of talents in bioinformatics,the faculty strength and teaching facilities in each university are different,which leads to the construction of basic bioinformatics in colleges and universities is still in the stage of fumbling. This paper mainly explores the problems in the basic bioinformatics courses and discusses the reform measures,hoping to accelerate the construction of bioinformatics courses.
