摘  要：
Comparative study was carried out on the management of health food safety and sanitation across the Taiwan straits in the paper. It was analyzed from three sides: standards of safety and sanitation,safety and health function assessment. And suggestions were put forward to improve the management of health food safety and sanitation for the mainland in terms of standardization.
