民族地区女大学生就业结构性因素调查问卷编制过程

摘  要:
目的:编制适用于民族地区女大学生就业现状的问卷。方法:基于对在校女大学生、已毕业、就业女大学生、高校就业指导教师的访谈结果及专家意见并参照已有相关文献,编制了初始问卷。通过项目分析、效度分析和信度分析,形成了3个部分、57个题目构成的最终问卷,并对其信度和效度进行了检验,配合自编的"用人单位眼中的女大学生"一并使用。结果:民族地区女大学生就业结构由政策结构、环境结构、心理结构和能力结构、专业结构构成;问卷总分、维度得分与就业结构性各因素均呈显著正相关。结论:民族地区女大学生就业结构性因素调查问卷的信度和效度均达到了心理测量学要求,可以用于相关研究。

摘  要:
Purpose: To design a questionnaire applicable for the present situation of female college students' employment in minority concentrated region. Method: Based on the interview of the females students at school,having graduated and been already employed, the employment guidance teachers, and experts' advice, in addition,referring to the related literature, form the initial questionnaire. After analyzing the reliability and validity, the questionnaire consists of three parts and 57 items at last used in conjunction with another questionnaire.Consequence: The employment structures of female university students in minority concentrated region are composed by government's policy, employment environment, psychology, capability and major. The factors of questionnaire total score, dimension scores and the structural factors of employment show a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the questionnaire all fulfill the psychometric requirements so it can be used for related research.
