摘  要：
微课制作与《前厅服务与管理》教学设计相结合,根据多年实际教学总结出一种行之有效的教学方法。文章在分析《前厅服务与管理》教学现状的基础上,指出微课制作在该门课程教学中的意义,并说明在实际教学设计中如何实践微课制作法,以达到教学目的实现。

This paper summarizes an effective teaching method based on microclass design and teaching design of Front Desk Service and Management and practical teaching for many years.Based on analysis of teaching status quo of Front Desk Service and Management,the paper points out meaning of microclass in the course teachingand explains how to practice in the practical teaching in order to achieve the teaching objectives.
