17β-雌二醇MIPs薄膜的制备及表征的初步研究

摘  要:
分别利用分子印迹技术(MIT)与固相微萃取、石英晶体微天平(QCM)联用技术探索聚合液在介质表面合成分子印迹聚合膜的方法,并对其识别特性进行表征。结果显示:对固相微萃取头分子印迹聚合膜以TFMAA为功能单体,TRIM为交联剂聚合得到的分子印迹聚合物薄膜对17β-雌二醇具有一定的识别能力和耐热效果。以20mmol/LTFMAA、5 mmol/L17β-雌二醇、5 mmol/L四正丁基六氟磷酰胺支持电解质和30 mmol/L的N-甲基-1-甲巯基-2-硝基乙烯胺乙腈溶液组成的聚合液,经电聚合可以在金电极表面成膜。

摘  要:
Using Molecular Imprinting Technology(MIT),as well as the combination of Solid Phase Extraction(SPE) and the Quartz Crystal Microbalance,method of polymerization liquid of synthesiz-ing the molecularly imprinted polymer film on the dielectric surface was explored,and the identification property of the method was characterized in the present work.The results showed that the molecularly imprinted polymer film had certain capacity of discernment and heat-resistant effect synthesized by the function monomer-TFMAA and the crosslinking agent-TRIM,when it was used as solid phase extraction column.The polymerization liquid constituted by 20 mmol·L-1 TFMAA,17 β-estradiol,5 mmol·L-1Tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate supporting electrolyte and 30 mmol·L-1 N-Methy-1(methylthio)-2-nitroethylen-1-amine in the acetonitrile could be film on the surface of gold electrode through electmpolymerization.
