上海市电子废弃物处理处置现状研究

摘  要：
以基金政策实施为背景,分析了上海市电子废弃物处理处置现状,包括电子废弃物产生量,企业拆解情况等。并阐述了基金审核流程以及管理部门对拆解企业的管理成效。探讨了拆解企业未来将面临回收难和政策变动带来的一系列问题,并总结管理机制中存在的不完善之处。基于以上分析研究,对该行业未来的积极发展提出了几点建议。

摘  要：
Based on background of fund policy implementation,this paper analyzed the present situation of WEEE disposal in Shanghai,including electronic waste production,dismantling situation,etc.It also elaborated the fund audit process and management effective.At the same time,it found out dismantling enterprises would face difficulties in recycling and a series of problems which came from policy changes in the future.It also summarized shortcomings existing in the management mechanism.Finally,based on all the analysis and research,it gave some positive suggestions which are beneficial to development of this industry in the future.
