玉米茎秆压碎强度遗传改良效果

摘  要:
以Non-Reid群骨干自交系PH4CV、PHB1M、B12和Dom群骨干自交系昌7-2、M5972、丹598、F349为基础材料,育成改良系JD1、JD2、JD3、JD4、JD5。试验于玉米灌浆初期对5个改良自交系与7个亲本自交系进行取样,研究了影响玉米茎秆压碎强度的因素及改良系在茎秆压碎强度这一性状上的改良效果。结果表明:玉米灌浆初期茎秆压碎强度随茎秆基部节位的上升呈下降趋势,且节位越往上,下降越明显;在植株茎秆各性状中,单位节间干物质量对茎秆压碎强度影响最大,可作为判断茎秆压碎强度的重要指标;在5个改良系中,JD5的改良效果最明显,JD2和JD3的改良效果比较明显,JD1和JD4的改良效果不明显。

摘  要:
The improved inbred lines JD1,JD2,JD3,JD4 and JD5 were bred with the base materials of PH4 CV,PHB1 M and B12 inbred lines from Non-Reid groups and Chang7-2,M5972,Dan598 and F349 inbred lines from Dom groups. In this study,5 improved inbred lines and 7 parent inbred lines were sampled in the early stage of maize grain-filling,to study the factors affecting the composition of maize stalk crushing strength and the improved effect of improved inbred lines on stalk crushing strength. The results indicated that in the early stage of maize grain-filling,stalk crushing strength would decrease with the increase of the stalk basal internodes,and the upper the basal internodes were,the more obviously the crushing strength was declined; Dry matter weight per unit of internode mostly contributed to stalk crushing strength and could be used to judge the important standard of the stalk crushing strength among various characters of plant stalk; In the five improved inbred lines,the improved effect of JD5 was the most obvious,the improved effect of JD2 and JD3 was more obvious,and the improved effect of JD1 and JD4 was not obvious.
