磷石膏、钾长石和碳酸钙体系反应历程研究

摘  要:
利用HSC Chemistry 5热力学计算软件对磷石膏、钾长石和碳酸钙体系进行了热力学计算,并对焙烧产物进行了XRD分析测试。计算和测试结果均表明,当n(CaSO4)∶n(KAlSi3O8)∶n(CaCO3)=1∶2∶6,焙烧产物为CaSiO3和Ca2Al2SiO7时,反应体系的起始反应温度最低,约为320℃,反应最容易进行。

摘  要:
The thermodynamic calculation is made of the system consisting of phosphogypsum,potash feldspar and calcium carbonate by the thermodynamic calculation software HSC Chemistry 5,and the calcined product is analyzed by the XRD.The results show that:with 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 6 of n(CaSO4)∶ n(KAlSi3O8)∶ n(CaCO3),the calcined products of both CaSiO3 and Ca2Al2SiO7,the initial reaction temperature is on the lowest(about 320 ℃) for the reaction system,and the reaction is the most easily to take place.
