加强筋对通风式制动盘散热性能的影响

摘  要:
围绕某轿车通风盘式制动器制动散热性能的研究,建立了制动盘的有限元仿真模型,分别对制动盘进行单次温升和热变形的仿真分析。为提高模型的计算精度,采用制动器特性台架试验对有限元模型参数进行修正。通过改变制动盘加强筋的数量以及加强筋外侧宽度,以提高散热性能为目标,对盘式制动器进行了优化设计。

摘  要:
Based on the study of braking heat dissipation performance of a ventilated disc brake, a finite element simulation model of the brake disc was established, and brake disc simulation analysis of single temperature rise and thermal deformation was made. To improve calculation precision of the model, finite element model parameters were modified by brake characteristic bench test. In order to improve heat dissipation performance, optimization design was carried out on the disc brake by changing the number of brake disc stiffener and the lateral width of stiffener.
