沙尘和遮阴胁迫对南疆4种果树叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】测定沙尘和遮阴处理的SOD、POD和CAT等指标,研究不良环境对果树叶片的伤害。【方法】以南疆核桃、杏、巴旦木、苹果叶片为试验材料,以无沙尘或无遮阴的叶片为对照,通过进行9、18、27、36 d的人工覆沙(轻度3 mg/cm2、重度8.8 mg/cm2)与遮阴(轻度14.6%、重度46.5%)处理,分析了沙尘和遮阴胁迫对叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。【结果】4种果树叶片SOD活性均高于对照,且随着沙尘覆盖或遮阴处理时间的持续,轻度处理的4种果树叶片SOD活性呈上升趋势,处理36 d时达到最大值,重度处理的叶片SOD活性均是先升高,在第27天出现峰值后明显下降;4种果树叶片POD活性呈先上升后下降趋势,轻度处理的叶片POD活性均在18和27 d时达到峰值,重度处理的均在18 d时达到最大值;重度沙尘处理的CAT活性均在9 d时达到最高值,遮阴处理的均在18 d出现峰值,随后开始下降,说明沙尘处理的叶片比遮阴处理的叶片受到更大的伤害。【结论】重度处理的上升和下降幅度比轻度处理的上升和下降幅度大,表明沙尘和遮阴对叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性有明显影响,而且长时间重度胁迫会对叶片造成的影响较大。4种果树叶片中SOD,POD和CAT活性变化幅度不同,由此可见,4种果树在清除活性氧以避免自由基对机体的伤害能力不同。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to understand the effect of adverse environment on the damage of fruit tree leaves,their SOD,POD and CAT were determined under the condition of dust and shade stress.【Method】This experiment was carried out in southern Xinjiang,the treatments with no dust cover or no shading were used as the control,and the effects of dust( coverage thickness were 3 and 8. 8 mg/cm2) and shading treatments( shading rate14. 6 %,shading rate46. 5 %) on the antioxidant enzymes activities of four fruit tree leaves,including Juglans regia,Armeniaca vulgaris,Amygdalus communis and Malus pumila,were studied.【Result】SOD activities in the leaves were higher than that in control,and under the condition of dust coverage and shading treatment,four fruit tree leaves SOD activities were increased under the light stress,reaching the maximum value in 36 days,while increased first time and then dropped under the heavy stress,reaching the peak value in 27 days; The POD activity,however,increased first and then decreased. under the light level,POD activity was the maximum value in 18 and 27 days and reached peak value in 18 days under heavy stress level; The CAT activity in heavy dust treatment increased markedly and reached a peak on the 9 th day,while CAT activity in heavy shading treatment reached the maximum value in 18 th day and then decreased rapidly,which indicates that dust contribution was higher that shading. 【Conclusion】heavy stress increased and decreased rate more than light stress,which indicates that dust stress and shading treatment had different effects on the activities of superoxide dismutase of fruit leaves. The SOD,POD,CAT activities of different fruit trees were different,which indicated that under dust stress,the four species for the elimination of oxygen free radicals had different avoiding injury abilities.
