林业重点工程对农民收入与消除贫困影响文献回顾

摘  要：
综述了中国30年来在消除贫困方面取得巨大成就,但收入差距明显地拉大;按照世行的贫困线计算,21世纪初,中国农村人口有1/3仍在贫困线以下;与全世界的情形相似,中国的生态退化与贫困同样存在密切关系。回顾了林业重点工程对农民收入的影响以及收入分配与增长等方面的研究进展,发现尚存一些迫切需要开展研究的空间。

摘  要：
the paper reviews the achievements of China'rural poverty reduction,but rural income disparity has bee n expanding since the reform of economy.in the early 21st century,there is about one～third population live under t he poverty line defined by the World Bank.The paper reviews research progress of the impact of Forestry Priority P rograms on rural households'income and poverty reduction in China,and rural income distribution and income gro wth.the authors find that there are some gaps to be narrowed.
