一株寄生茶大灰象甲的棒束孢菌的分子鉴定

摘  要:
分子标记作为一种快速、有效、精准的鉴定工具,在昆虫病原真菌新种的鉴定中发挥重要的作用。为明确一株分离自茶大灰象甲的棒束孢If410的具体分类归属,我们对该菌株的rDNA-ITS,EF1-α和β-tubulin等3个分子标记基因进行了PCR扩增、测序和系统发育树构建,最终明确了其为玫烟色棒束孢Isaria fumosorosea。本研究结果将为今后更好地利用玫烟色棒束孢来防治茶大灰象甲和其它鞘翅目害虫奠定基础。

摘  要:
Molecular marker is a powerful tool for taxonomic studies on microbes. It plays a very important role in identifying new species of entomopathogenic fungi. An Isaria sp., coded If410, isolated from the cadaver of diseased Sympiezomias citri was studied accordingly. The amplification, sequencing, and system evolution tree construction for the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(rDNA-ITS), translation elongation factor 1 alpha(EF1-α), and β-tubulin gene of If410 were performed to identify the strain as I. fumosorosea. The result might lead to the utilization of the fungus for biocontrol on S. citri and other coleoptera at tea plantations.
