摘  要:
云南红茶以特有的香高味浓而著称于世,在日益激烈的红茶国际竞争环境下,开展优质红茶种质资源的筛选,对提高云南红茶的产品质量和市场竞争力显得尤为重要。以51个云南省茶树种质资源鲜叶为材料,通过对红碎茶感官审评和生化成分的鉴定、评价。筛选出一批红碎茶品质优良且内含物质丰富的茶树种质资源,可以作为进一步深入研究的重要资源,也可为有针对性地合理开发利用和培育红茶茶树品种提供优良育种材料。

摘  要:
Yunan black tea is famous for its unique flavor and heavy fragrance in the world, with the increasingly fierce international competition of black tea, screening of quality germplasm resources of black tea is so important for improving the product quality and market competitiveness of black tea in Yunnan province. Taking 51 fresh leaf samples of tea tree germplasm resources in Yunnan province as material, a batch of tea tree germplasm resources with high quality and rich in internal substances were screened through sensory evaluation, and identification and assessment of biochemical components of the broken black tea. The screened quality germplasm can be used as important resources for further study, and also can provide quality breeding materials for rationally developing and breeding black tea varieties.
