基于振动力场下牧草种子丸粒化包衣机的设计

摘  要：
种子包衣机是在不改变种子原有活性的基础上将肥料、农药等附着在种子表面的机械。针对牧草种子丸粒化包衣存在的有籽率和单籽率低及丸粒化包衣品质差等问题,设计了一种基于振动力场作用下小粒牧草种子包衣机,通过振动和旋转的组合运动进行包衣,提高种子的包衣丸化率。本设计加入了混料室、精确供料称重盘,并针对种子在包衣过程中粉尘过大和农药泄露,设计了种子包衣机的粉尘处理装置。

摘  要：
Seed coating machine is to change the original activity of seed on the basis of fertilizer,pesticides and other attached to the surface of the seed.For forage seed pelleting are low,pelleting quality issues such as the poor seed rate and single seed rate,the design of a field of small grass seed coating machine based on vibration force,vibration and rotation of the coating by the combination of movement,improve seed pellet rate.In the design,the mixing room and the accurate weighing tray are added,and the dust treatment device of the seed coating machine is designed to deal with the excessive dust and the leakage of the pesticide in the coating process.
