SCSGJ-2.6型小型水草收割机明轮的优化设计

摘 要:
针对明轮对内陆河道船只作用重大,但是效率低下、成本高、安全系数低的情况,阐述了对明轮进行优化的重要性。以SCSGJ-2.6型小型水草收割机的明轮为例,以效率为目标进行数学建模,采用MATLAB软件进行优化,结果表明,明轮直径为1.5122m,宽为0.3m时为宜,此时明轮效率提高了20%。根据优化后的尺寸,在Solidworks软件中建立三维模型,采用COSMOSWorks进行有限元分析,结果表明,明轮的强度已达到了安全性要求。

摘 要:
The importance of optimal design of paddle-wheel was presented according to the situation that the efficiency was low and cost was high. Taking the paddle-wheel of SCSGJ-2.6 small aquatic weed harvester as example, a mathematical model was built taking the efficiency as the optimal object. The key size that diameter of 1.512 2 m and width of 0.3 m was obtained through optimization of the model with MATLAB, and the efficiency was increased by 20%. Then the COSMOSWorks finite element analysis method was used to analyze the prototype which was built in Solidworks. The result testified that the safety factor was increased.
