栽培基质对烟草育苗温室网纹甜瓜农艺性状及产质量的影响

摘  要：
为解决我国烟草育苗温室闲置期较长而利用率较低的问题,进行了不同栽培基质对烟草育苗温室网纹甜瓜农艺性状及其产质量的影响研究。结果表明:烟草育苗基质∶红沙=2∶1(基质M)上的甜瓜植株长势好于香菇渣∶红沙=2∶1(基质N),基质M上的甜瓜果实结瓜位显著低于基质N,植株最大叶面积、干鲜重显著大于基质N;美灵甜瓜果实中可溶性固形物、蔗糖、总糖、可溶性蛋白均显著高于美琪,但美琪果肉厚度、单果重、座果率、均价及产值均显著高于美灵。综合分析认为,当前栽培条件下,南雄烟区烟草育苗温室大棚网纹甜瓜生产中宜采用甜瓜品种美琪,栽培基质选择烟草育苗基质∶红沙=2∶1。

摘  要：
In order to resolve the problem of idle time is too long long and utilization factor is too low of tobacco seedling greenhouse in our country,the effects of different medium on agronomy character,yield and quality of muskmelon in tobacco seedling greenhouse were determined.The results showed that: the muskmelon cultivate in medium "tobacco nursery substrates∶red sand=2∶1"(medium M) growth better than in medium "mushroom residue∶red sand=2∶1"(medium N),the fruit attachment region of muskmelon cultivate in medium M lower than cultivate in medium N,but the maximum leaf area,dry and fresh weight of muskmelon cultivate in medium M are prominent greater than cultivate in medium N;the soluble solids,sucrose,total sugar,soluble protein of Meiling were significantly higher than Meiqi,and the pulp thickness,single fruit weight,percentage of fertile fruit,average price and output value were significantly lower.All the results suggested that,the variety muskmelon production in Nanxiong tobacco-planting area should adopt Meiqi and the cultivation medium adopt "tobacco nursery substrates∶red sand=2∶1" in current cultivate condition.
