激光诱变黄皮洋葱生理效应研究

摘  要:
采用CO2等两种激光的3种剂量,分别辐照‘金球’等2个黄皮洋葱的湿种子,利用生理生化方法,从叶绿素、净光合速率、呼吸速率、过氧化氢酶等4个方面考查黄皮洋葱L1各处理的生理效应。结果表明:经过He-Ne激光辐照,黄皮洋葱L1代的叶绿素、净光合速率、呼吸速率、过氧化氢酶的变异大于CO2激光辐照,该研究能为黄皮洋葱激光诱变育种时选择激光种类提供参考。

摘  要:
3 dosages He-Ne laser and CO2 laser were used to irradiate the wet seed of yellow onion and the chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,respiration rate and catalase of the tested onion varieties were determined. The results showed that the mutationes of the chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,respiration rate and catalase by He-Ne laser were bigger than by CO2 laser. The results could provide the reference resources for the selection of the laser applied mutation breeding of the yellow onion.
