摘  要:
【目的】测试新疆常用外覆盖保温材料的保温性能,为新疆寒冷条件下保温被的开发研究提供依据,为设施园艺环境工程领域的科研工作提供有效实验手段。【方法】选择9种新疆常用外覆盖保温材料,依据农业行业标准《温室覆盖材料保温性测定方法》的测试要求[1],采用静态热箱法,检测温室常用覆盖材料的传热特性。【结果】(1)综合考虑防水性、抗风性等因素,3号测试样品的传热系数为0.928 W/(m2·℃),热省率为89.08%,测试结果达到理想的目标,综合性能最佳。(2)适应新疆气候条件的外覆盖保温材料除了应具有良好的保温性能外,应该兼顾抗拉强度、抗渗水性以及静水压力,冬季可抵御极限气温-40℃,传热系数≤1.3 W/(m2·K),热节省率≥84%。【结论】该测试方法科学合理、测试结果数据真实可靠,3号、5号、7号样品较为适合新疆气候条件。

摘  要:
【Objective】The purpose of this project aims to test thermal performance of 9 kinds of thermal insulation covering materials used in Xinjiang and provide bases for the research on the development of heat preservation quilts in the cold weather of Xinjiang.【Method】The test on heat transfer performance of thermal insulation covering materials was carried out according to the test requirements which meet the agricultural industry standard of Test method for thermal insulation performance of greenhouse covering materials through the static hot box method.【Result】(1)The thermal transmittance and saving ratio of heat loss of the sample No.3 was 0. 928 W /(m2·℃) and 89. 05%,respectively. The result of the test reached the expected goal,andthe characteristics of the sample No. 3 was the best considering the water resistance,wind resistance and other factors.(2)In order to adapt to the conditions of climate in Xinjiang,the characteristics of the thermal insulation covering materials should include the strength of un-tensile,un-permeability and hydrostatic pressure besides the good thermal insulation properties. They should be able to resist the extreme temperature of-40℃ in winter,and the thermal transmittance of the covering material should be no more than 1. 3 W /(m2·K),the saving ratio of heat loss should be no less than 84%.【Conclusion】The method of the test is scientific and reasonable and the sample No. 3、No. 5 and No. 7 were adaptable to conditions of the climate in Xinjiang.
