中药合剂在雏鸡体内诱生及促诱生干扰素的研究

摘要：

以鸡胚成纤维细胞-水泡性口炎病毒作为鸡干扰素(IFN)的检测系统,研究了中药合剂在鸡体内对干扰素诱生及促诱生作用的影响。结果表明中药合剂对IFN具有明显的诱生作用(P<0.01),与NDV诱生组水平相当;同时可明显促进NDV对IFN的诱生,与NDV诱生组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验显示中药合剂具有明显的诱生IFN的能力,有利于其发挥调节机体免疫力的作用,为中药合剂抗NDV提供了理论依据。

摘要：

Interferon induced by Chinese herbal medicine mixture in chicken wa s studied by the chicken fibroblast-vesicular stomatitis virus system for assay of chicken interferon. The results showed that: Chinese herbal medicine mixture could induce the production of interferon significantly(P<0.01) compared with th e control group,Chinese herbal medicine mixture had the same interferon-inducing ability as NDV.It could promote the induction of interferon by NDV,the level ha d great significant difference(P<0.01).Experiment showed Chinese herbal medicine mixture had a stimulating effect on IFN production obviously and might be benef icial to its function of regulating body immunization,the theoretical practice w as provided for anti-NDV of Chinese herbal medicine mixture.
