即食海蜇中特定腐败菌的分离及PCR检测

摘  要:
利用传统的微生物检测方法及PCR技术快速检测即食海蜇中的优势腐败菌,检测结果显示:PCR检测与传统方法鉴定出的结果一致,即食海蜇的特定腐败菌为芽孢杆菌、假单胞菌以及腐败希瓦氏菌。

摘  要:
The conventional microbiological detection methods and PCR techniques was used to determine rapidly the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish. The results showed that:the identification consequence of PCR and traditional method was consistency,and the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish was Bacillus,Pseudomonas and corruption Shewanella.
