摘 要:
探讨溶氧对于多粘芽孢杆菌发酵的影响。结果表明,溶氧量为40%时,多粘芽孢杆菌的芽孢数和抑菌物质产量均达到最高值,分别为10×109个/g和1.2%。在此基础上又进行了通过补料技术控制溶氧的试验,结果表明,补料能较好的提高多粘芽孢杆菌的芽孢数和抑菌物质产量,分别达到15×109个/g和1.5%。

摘 要:
The effects of dissolved oxygen on the fermentation of Paenibacillus polymyxa were studied. Results showed that when dissolved oxygene was maintained at 40%,the spores and anmicrobial substances yield of Paenibacillus polymyxa reached the highest values of 10 ×109/g and 1.2%, respectively. On this basis, a technical control of dissolved oxygen was conducted by feeding experiments. The results showed that fed-batch fermentation could increase production of spores and anmicrobial substances of Paenibacillus polymyxa with 15×109/g and 1.5%, respectively.
