不同浓度植物激素对月见草种子发芽的影响

摘  要:
[目的]为提高月见草的种子发芽提供技术依据。[方法]以月见草为试材,研究了GA3、NAA、6-BA的不同浓度组合的发芽率、发芽势。[结果]不同浓度6-BA与NAA的组合月见草发芽率都很低,均低于对照的发芽率。6-BA浸泡的种子发芽率明显高于6-BA+NAA的组合,仅用NAA浸泡的种子发芽率都很低。6-BA+GA3组合比6-BA+NAA组合发芽率和发芽势普遍都高,GA35000mg/L+6-BA(0,1,10,100,5000mg/L)的组合种子发芽率和发芽势都明显高于对照。GA35000mg/L+6-BA10mg/L、GA35000mg/L、GA35000mg/L+6-BA100mg/L、GA35000mg/L+6-BA1mg/L和GA35000mg/L+6-BA5000mg/L的发芽率分别为88.00%、79.67%、79.00%、77.00%和59.00%,对照组的发芽率仅为16.67%。[结论]月见草种子发芽的最适激素浓度组合是GA35000mg/L+6-BA10mg/L。

[Objective] The research was to provide the technique base to increase the germination rate of Evening primrose seeds. [Method] With E. primrose seeds as tested materials, the germination rate and vigor of E. primrose in combinations with different concn. of GA3, NAA and 6-BA were investigated. [Result] The germination rates of combinations of 6-BA and NAA with different concn. were very low, and all lower than that of CK. The germination rate in the treatment with 6-BA was obviously higher than that in combinations of 6-BA+NAA, and the germination rate for NAA soaking was all low. The germination rates in 6-BA+GA3 6-BA+NAA combinations were higher than that in 6-BA+NAA. The germination rates and vigors in combination of GA3 5 000 mg/L+6-BA(0,1,10,100,5 000 mg/L)were all higher than that in CK. The germination rate in GA3 5 000 mg/L+6-BA 10 mg/L, GA3 5 000 mg/L, GA3 5 000 mg/L+6-BA 100 mg/L, GA3 5 000 mg/L+6-BA 1 mg/L and GA3 5 000 mg/L+6-BA 5 000 mg/L was 88.00%, 79.67%, 79.0%, 77.00% and 59.00% resp. and that in CK was only 16.67%. [Conclusion] The optimum concn. for the germination rate of E. primrose seeds was GA3 5 000 mg/L+6-BA 10 mg/L.
